Shave to keep the edges neat and trim the rest short. The neater you keep it the more enticing it may be for your partner to want to spend more time in that area to please you. Im female, and i -personally- dont think you have to shave/trim etc. but thats not answering your question i suggest trimming, but (this is gonna sound weird) put some lotion on it after, it can itch.

I don't know what's proper, but i think that a trim is nice...but for variety....take it all off. Guess it really depends on how you're comfortable...sometimes clean shaven can leave you itchy down there!

I dont think there's a set of rules for it haha but trimming is easier and alot less itchy!
