Long hair for men during interviews?

I have longer curly just about down to my shoulders. I would like to grow the bangs sides longer so I can do my hair in a pony job interviews. The only problem is that until the bangs get long enough, they will be to long to look professional.Long hair for men during interviews?
Depends on the type of job you are interviewing for. Some people care and some people don't. If you want to work in the food industry then long hair might not be the best idea.Long hair for men during interviews?
I'm sorry to say, but as a manager, I definitely reconsider males who walk in with long hair. It looks very unprofessional and lazy, and this also tends to follow personalities and work ethics.

If you want a good job, then you'll have to deal with the fact that you will probably have to work at it, which means cutting your hair, buying nicer clothing, and showing self confidence in every aspect from the inside out.
dude i have pretty long hair right now and i think about this question to,if its a small job like as a waiter of cashier or something i think you don't have to do anything. But if its a really good job like as like an a economist for a major bank or something i would definitely cut your hair short thats what I'm going to do.
in this job market you need to present your in the best possible manner. cut your hair, get the job and then judge whether they allow longer hair and/or pony tails

good luck on the job hunt
men with shoulder length hair and men in pony tails do not get jobs. sorry, thats just the reality of the corporate world.
Is there a way you could pin it back for a ponytail without looking girlish?

Or maybe a really tight french braid? Hmm or slicking it back but that might look weird with shoulder length hair...
then maybe you should cut your hair.

it looks more professional.
I guess you really don't want a job.
