There are products to stop the loss but not regrow. There are products that are on the market that work but you have to have the prescribed by a dermatologist or DR. specializing in Hair loss. Best sure way to get your hair back is surgery which runs from $5,000 - $10,000
Product that can help you but once you stop use you lose the hair again is Rogain. Nioxin not used to bring back hair it is to help keep what you do have. It will grow back a small amount but not totally. I would recommend anyone with hair loss use Nioxin.
