Sorry! You cannot MAKE hair grow - anywhere! Gotta wait for nature to take it's course.
there is only two true way to grow body hair, puberty (the natural way) and hair implants ...
shave it every time it grows it will be darker and look like its dense lol
go finish puberty, stop shaving, or get some hair growth cream.
